Blackwave designs, manufactures and ships flight-qualified, commercial off-the-shelf composite overwrapped pressure vessels (COPVs) for launch vehicles and satellites. Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Munich, Germany, the company delivers COPVs from a standardized portfolio with flight heritage. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You lead the inspection and testing team in daily operations. You ensure:

• all inspections are executed reliably
• quality is measurable and traceable
• the team performs under real conditions

YOUR PROFILE

Education

• Background in quality, manufacturing, mechanical engineering or similar
• Experience in inspection / testing / quality, production environments
• Initial leadership experience (hands-on)

Skillset

• Strong understanding of inspection processes
• Experience with measurement tools
• Structured and practical mindset
• Ability to lead in an operational environment
